It is with deep sadness to inform you about the passing on of Rev Gladwin Phenya early this morning (Sunday 20 December 2020). The Rev Phenya has been in and out of hospital due to ill health. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
The Rev Phenya was a minister emeritus within the Presbytery of the Central Cape. He is a past moderator of the General Assembly. The funeral arrangements will be announced, as soon as they become available. Please uphold Mama Georgina and family in your prayers.
Mrs Peggy Hawkridge passed away. Peggy was the widow of the late John Hawkridge, former Moderator of General Assembly of the PCSA. She passed away on Wednesday morning, 4th September 2019, at her retirement frail-care in Somerset West. She had been frail and ill for some time.
The funeral will take place on Monday 9 September at 11am at Somerset West United.

She was an Elder at Highveld Presbyterian Church in Tshwane, and recently a member at Saints Presbyterian Church.
The funeral will take placeon Saturday 17th August 2019 at Saints Presbyterian Church within the Presbytery of Tshwane.

Deceased – The Grand-mother of the Rev Simon Molokoane passed away

We have received the sad news that the Rev Diane Vorster, former Moderator of the UPCSA passed away yesterday afternoon. She was resident within the Presbytery of Drakensberg.

We have just been advised that Rev Caroline Hlati’s brother, Malixole Mngenela passed away. Rev Hlati resides within the bounds of the East Griqualand Presbytery.
